Enjoy our interview with Kansas State forward Montavious Murphy. Murphy averaged 5.2 points, 3.7 rebounds, and shot 41% from the field in his first season with the Wildcats. He played a team-high 33 minutes in the opener against North Dakota State and was just the fourth true freshman to start an opener under head coach Bruce Weber.
We cannot thank Montavious enough for taking the time to speak with us about how high school and AAU prepared him for Division I basketball, his first season with the Wildcats, what it’s like playing in the Kansas State-Kansas rivalry, and much more.
