Week 7 NFL Power Rankings

Approaching the midway point of the NFL season is always bittersweet. It means that the Lombardi Trophy is close to slipping out of reach for some, while for others, the climb to the Super Bowl continues.

Sunday’s biggest stories include a surprise 49ers team who currently holds the one seed in the NFC. Nobody saw them getting to this point without a blemish on their record, but their defense is legit and they’ve begun to make a case for themselves as contenders.

Other teams such as the Chargers, Cowboys, and Chiefs continue to dig themselves into holes, all carrying a multi-game losing streak into Week 7.

Without further ado, here are the updated Week 7 power rankings:
