Michael Crotty Jr. is a graduate of Williams College ’04 where he had a decorated basketball career, which included being a 2 time All American and Captain of the 2003 National Championship team. He played professional in Germany for a year before becoming the Director of Player Development for the Boston Celtics. He was a member of the 2008 NBA Championship team. Currently he is the Director of the highly respected Middlesex Magic basketball club. The program was started in 1993 by the late Michael Crotty Sr. and serves over 600 boys and girls annually.

The organization aims to give kids access to athletics and teach them life skills by using a healthy and enjoyable platform.
